In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with travel agents and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), executing effective sales plans, and coordinating group selling activities with Higher Grade Operators (HGOs) and Umrah Operators. Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Relations Executive, you will have a range of important responsibilities, including:

  • Liaison with Travel Agents and OTAs:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and OTAs to enhance business opportunities.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Execute Sales Plans:
    • Implement targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the development of innovative sales initiatives.
  • Prepare Sales Reports:
    • Analyze sales data and generate detailed reports for management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
    • Present findings and recommendations to the management team to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate with HGOs and Umrah Operators:
    • Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between HGOs and Umrah Operators for group selling activities.
    • Ensure that all logistical arrangements are handled efficiently for a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Degree:
    • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Work Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the travel or airline industry.

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Proficiency in MS Office:
    • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and analysis.
  • Knowledge of Airline Practices:
    • Familiarity with industry standards, practices, and procedures related to travel and airline operations.
  • Strong Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive sales performance.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Leadership and Multitasking Abilities:
    • Proven ability to lead a team and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
