Job Overview:
ESL Business is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, scheduling indoor meetings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
- Answer customer questions about products and the company.
- Ask probing questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Accurately process orders and handle grievances to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and drive future sales.
- Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and other useful information.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a tele sales representative or in a sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Strong self-motivation with excellent sales and business development skills.
Compensation:
- Salary: AED 1,000 to 5,000 based on experience and target achievement.
- Commission: High commission structure based on clients, with commissions paid on a percentage basis monthly, along with daily, weekly bonuses, and top performance incentives.
